The 1000+ Club Benefitted From
JayCee’s Monster Mash Halloween Party
“The costumes that guests wore to the Fort Lauderdale JayCees “Monster Mash” Halloween Party were fantastic,” said an enthused June McCarthy, Vice President of Public Relations for the 1000+ Club to Benefit Cancer, Inc. “It was a really fun evening and best of all for the 1000+ Club, we were the beneficiary of the funds raised.”
Kimberly Meade was a gracious hostess and decorated the room with flair… Neon Lights, Statues of monsters, Fortune telling glass balls, and a DJ who played songs that everyone actually knew the words to!! Of course, everyone joined in to sing “Monster Mash”.
“Cancer touches almost everyone’s life and our mission is to provide funding to selected 501(c)3 Broward County cancer organization(s) through fundraising events and membership contributions to support cancer research, cancer education and cancer patient services. The 1000+ Club has been acknowledged as a dynamic source of funds and has raised close to $4 Million. Since 2011, through Charitable Grants we have given $400,000,” Jennifer added.
